Conditions for Returns Within 14 Days:

- Approval from our team is required before returning the product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Refunds to customers who completed transactions via PayPal will be refunded the full amount, excluding the PayPal fee. This excludes products returned deemed as faulty.
